| Roles & Responsibilities | 
The incumbent in this role shall be responsible for:
- Handling Financials and P&L for units independently
 
 
- Supervising revenues, receivables, payables, funds management and accounting
 
- Controls and checks on costs and tracking of projects
 
- Preparing and checking periodic MIS and Reports
 
- Ensuring timely and smooth audit and accounts finalization
 
- Ensuring timely tax & legal compliances
 
 
- Periodic MIS and Audit Coordination
 
 
- Preparing and releasing monthly and ad hoc Group MIS reports as per defined templates and timelines
 
- Helping in statutory, tax & internal audit coordination of various entities for ensuring satisfactory closure of all issues to get audit reports in timely manner
 
- Preparation and audit of Consolidated Financial Statements as per standards
 
 
- Working on Direct Tax, GST, RBI regulations and FEMA
 
 
- Handling and working with the business teams on the budgeting/costing process for contracts/ projects and tenders
 
 
- Reviewing and participating in discussions related to agreement with partners and customers
